For the sugar plant of Tambov Region (Russia) our firm produced the hopper scales WBA-2700-3000-2-24 for accurate accounting of the molasses, which take from the plant in tanks for the storage.

The hopper scales provide:

- accurate accounting of molasses with flow rate 350-400 t/day with error no more than 1%;

- automatic operation of batching proccess;

- indication of the weight of the molasses dose;

- indication of the growing total of molasses per shift, day, and from the beginning of production;

- automatic filling of container;

- maintenance of the given productivity.
