For the enterprise, specializing on production of feed, premixes and feed additives, “Sweda,Ltd” produced the packing complex.

The packing complex consists the batcher for bulk products in open-mouth bags and the device for manual bag sewing.

The batcher for bulk products of our production possesses a number of advantages:

- high accuracy ±0,1%;

- easily reconfigurable dose setting - from 10 to 50 kg;

- bilingual (Russian/ English) interface of the user;

- easy mounting and installation under the storage hopper;

- link with the PC for account and registration;

- non-volatile memory for storage of the journal of totals and settings.

The device for manual bag sewing is developed specially for mechanization of the operations with low capacity, inexpensive, safe and easy-to-work equipment.

For mounting the equipment and staff training was necessary 1 day.
