Construction description:

The load-receiving device (LRD).
LRD of truck scales represents a construction consisting of several weighing platforms which by means of harness leans against load cells. Harnesses ensure the equal load distribution, elimination of horizontal spurious effects and reversion of platforms.



LRD of truck scales can be mounted as in a dibhole (a variant of cut-in scales), and on a surface with the usage of ramps (a land variant).



Tensoresistive force measure converters of type С16А of corporation "НВМ" (Germany) manufacture are used  in truck scales as load cells. The frame — stainless steel, the protection level from dust and moisture IP68, are certificated in Ukraine.



The weighing indicator of truck scales IW-320 ensures the transformation of the analogue signal from load cells into digital, its processing, calibration and indication of weighing results on the light-emitting diode 8 digit display with sign height 14,5 mm. The indicator contains the analogue-digital converter with the internal resolution 24 discharges, the single-chip computer, 4 keyboard pad, microcircuits of the interface for the link with the computer and so forth. The indicator is executed in the leakproof plastic frame of German manufacture, protection level IP65.



The equalising device of truck scales is intended for joining and normalization of signals from several load cells, executed in the leakproof plastic frame.
