Modernization of mechanical scales
It is executed for the purpose of reconstruction of mechanical truck and railroad scales and their transfer into electric.

Partial modernization of automobile and railroad scales

All lever system of scales is saved, the load cell is built in the traction which drives to the measuring head. It is usually used «S» - load cell on strain of 50-100 kg, the signal of which comes to the load indicator IW-320. At such method of modernization the errors, inherent for mechanical scales, are saved, however the human controller operation with scales becomes simpler and there is a possibility to connect scales to the computer.

Complete modernising automobile and a weight bridge

All mechanical part of scales (levers, prisms and so forth) are demounted, the foundation (newels) is hardened or adds on if necessary. Load-taking devices with load cells are fixed on newels. The weighing platform is fixed on the load cells. The signal from load cells is summarized in the junction box and processed by the load indicator (IW-320). After such modernization exactitude, reliability and conveniences in exploitation of scales correspond to new electronic scales.

Reconstruction of mechanical batchers

Reconstruction of batchers of type AD-50, DSP-100, DN-500, DN-1000, DS-800 is intended for changing of beam or dial weighing gears into tensometric weighing system. The weighing processor PW-310 and the indicator panel TV-330-16 linked with the computer are used as the control block. Thus there is a possibility of more exact batching, accumulation of material mass, the operative setting points both at local control with PW-310, and from a distance – the board TV-330 or a computer.
At modernization of mechanical scales and batchers the costs considerably decrease in comparison with creation of the new one. However, in comparison with mechanical, there are all advantages of electronic scales.
