Calibration device - Structure

Calibration device UKVK represents a roller chain, flexible in lengthwise and crosswise directions. The rollers of the calibration device are executed from plastic, that eliminates friction influence between the device and the conveyor belt and reduces an error of the scales calibration method. The straps of the calibration device have strictly identical weight that ensures steady linear load. The presence of flexible link between wheels and strapes due to the metal rope, that fastens them, ensures the iteration of the conveyor belt shape and complete imitation of bulk cargo.

Calibration device - Operation

For holding of metrology tests the calibration device is placed on the weighing site of the belt, having fixed its one edge to the conveyor stand in the direction of belt motion. The measurings are carried out according to the technique showed in the documentation of belt scales.
