Railway truck scales - Construction description

Load-taking device (LTD).
LTD is a construction consisting of 2 weighing platforms which abut on the load cells by means of mounting components. Mounting components provide the equal load distribution, the exception of horizontal parasitic influences and return of platforms. 
As the load cells tensoresistance force measuring transducers, manufactured by "НВМ" (Germany) Type S16A, are used in the railway truck scales. The frame - stainless steel, the protection level from dust and dampness IP68, certificated in Ukraine.

The weighing indicator in railway truck scales IW-320 provides the transformation of the analogue signal from the load cells into digital, its processing, calibration and indication of weighing results on the light-emitting diode 8 digit display with sign height 14,5 mm. The indicator contains the analogue-digital converter with the internal resolution 24 discharges, the single-chip computer, 4-keyboard pad, microcircuits of the interface for the link with the computer and so forth. The indicator is executed in hermetic plastic frame of German manufacture, protection level IP65.

The equalizing device in railway truck scales is intended for joining and normalization of signals from several load-cells, executed in the hermetic plastic frame.
