Multifunctional weight controller MWC

The multifunctional weight controller MWC ensures measuring of mass of transported by the belt conveyor free-flowing and lump materials with its indication by the accruing total and indication of the current capacity of the conveyor as a part of the belt scales (VK), and also continuous batching with the set capacity of free-flowing and lump materials as a part of the weight batcher of continuous operation (DWL).

Features:

- measuring of the motion speed of the conveyor belt by reception and handling of impulses from the part of the belt scales - the belt speed sensor;

- operation with the entered motion speed of the conveyor belt with use of a discrete input signal about the belt motion;

- generation of a signal of direct current (0-5), (0-20) or (4-20) mА, proportional to the current capacity or for control of the frequent converter (in composition of the DWL);

- discrete input and output signals of control and control of the frequent converter, shut-down of the DWL, execution of the set dose;

- setting and control of the capacity by the external current signals (by means of the specialized portable terminal);

- control of the external electromechanical counter of impulses, proportional to the accruing total of mass of the transported material with programmed "cost" of an impulse;

- measuring of an inclination angle of the conveyor for correction of evaluations depending on its change in the operation process;

- input and output discrete signals of the measuring mode of the belt weight;

- six- or four-wire connection of the load cell;

- simple calibration of the gear by exemplary weights, and with use of values mV/V of the transmitters;

- data transmission to peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus;

- use of wireless data transmission by means of the portable modem;

- built-in tests;

- indication of abnormal operation of the batcher (emergencies);

- password protection of settings;

- bilingual interface (Russian / English) of the user (with use of the portable board-terminal TV-330);

- possibility of loading of the software at the Customer for its renewal or the functionality change.

  • shaping of the emergency signal at emergency operation of the batcher with the indication on the display of the character of the emergency operation;
  • transmission of the described above data to the peripherals by the interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus.
