Weight processor PW-310 for the bag accounting system SUM-232

The weight processor PW-310 for the bag accounting system (SUM) ensures an automatic counting of bags of the same type with production, moving by the conveyor, by the weight method (with measuring of the bag mass).

Features:

- control of one-speed or two-position (double-speed) (for filling-up by fast and exact flows) batching mechanism and a gear of the material unloading;

- control of the gears of vibroloading and vibrounloading with individual setting of the start and the end of the operation by the material weight in the hopper;

- external discrete signals of control of the actuators position and allowance of loading and unloading of the material;

- maintenance of the set capacity of the material pass;

- shipment of the set quantity of the material including with the set capacity;

- six- or four-wire connection of the load cell;

- simple calibration of the gear by exemplary weights, and with use of values mV/V of the transmitters;

- an adjustable current output;

- non-volatile memory for storage of the journal, totals, settings and real time clock;

- data transmission to peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus;

- remote control of the hopper scales operation from the peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus;
