The complex for packing and transportation of cement in valve bags SWEDA CPT is intended for filling of bags with cement and their shipment on the inclined conveyor with delivery to the loading place.
Operating principle of the complex
The operator on the working place 1 checks cement presence in the feeding hoppers and at its presence powers up the aspiration and the batchers for cement packing in valve bags.
The operator on the working place 2 (a place of stocking of bags with cement) powers up the conveyor 2 from the panel of the conveyor 2 by the button "Start conv. 2". Thus on the panel of the working place 1 lights the signal "Enab. conv. 1 on ", what the operator of the working place 1 does.
The operator of the working place 1 controls the batching process, the operation of the batchers and motion of the filled bags on the conveyor 1. The operator of the working place 1 puts on empty bags on the batcher sock (or in turn on each batcher). At filling of the bag to the set weight, the bag automatically is dumped from the sock of the batcher and through the overturning on 180°С roller goes to the assembly conveyor.
Arisen at falling of a bag dust gets into the aspiration system through the windows. Further the bag from the conveyor 1 goes to the inclined conveyor 2, where on the working place 2 the operator takes it and lays down on the tray.
In case of trouble of the technological rhythm the operator 2 from the panel can shut off the conveyor 2 that will lead to stop of the conveyor 1. The conveyor 1 can be shut off also by the operator, thus the batching process stops.
Equipment assignment
The batching installation is intended for filling of valve bags with cement:
- humidity of the batching product no more 1 %;
- temperature no more 50°С;
- extraneous impurities are not allowed;
- the bag volume should exceed the volume of the batching material not less, than on 20 %.
The inclined conveyor ensures migration of the filled bags with cement from the batching place to the warehouse.
Algorithm of operation
The operator, busy with hanging of empty bags, works in sitting position over the receiving conveyor. He controls the batching process, batcher operation and by motion of the conveyor belt defines the possibility of further filling of bags and their dump for the further shipment to the warehouse. Stopping of the horizontal conveyor by the operator does not lead to stopping of the inclined.
The inclined conveyor is controlled by the operator, who is in the warehouse and if necessary he can stop it, also the horizontal conveyor simultaneously will stop.
Described above operations are accompanied by switching on of the corresponding light alarm and, if necessary, output of signals on other equipment.
The device and operating principle
The bearing traction element of the belt conveyor is the endless flexible belt. The belt slips by its working leg on the metal flooring and leans by the down-leg side against the roller leg. On the ends of the conveyor the belt rounds the drive and tension pulleys. Translation of motion to the belt is carried out by the frictional mode from the drive pulley, turned by the electromechanical drive gear. The necessary tension on the belt slack strand is generated by the tension pulley by means of the screw device.
