The torquemeter of the rotor blades is intended for measuring and indication on the digital board of values of static moments of working blades at assembly and balancing of rotors of gas-turbine drives and installations.
Structure and operation
The torquemeter consists of two basic function parts: a load-receiving device (LRD) with a tensoresistive load cell and a weight indicator IW-320. The blade of the turbine drive fastens on the bar of the LRD by means of a special swing arm. The mobile part of the LRD transmits the force of the blade to the load cell. The output signal of the load cell, proportional to the static moment of the blade, arrives on an input of the weight indicator IW-320, where under the set program its transformation, mathematical handling and output on the digital board of values of the static moment of the blade (in the right part of the board) and its difference with the standard value (in the left part of the board) is carried out. Also power supply of the tensoresistive load cell with direct current voltage 5V is carried out from the weight indicator.
